After an accepted offer and prior to closing we will:

• Recommend different Insurance companies.
• Recommend several Home inspection companies for the needed Home inspection.
• We will get the closing forms prior to closing and walk you though the closing details.
• We will attend the closing and are available for any question prior and after the closing.
• Remind you prior to closing about the cashier's check and insurance information you will need that day.

After the Closing we will:

• Send you a 30 day reminder for filing the Mortgage and Homestead exemption.
