The Founder Bettina Settles has lived most of her life in Europe.
She received most of her education in Stuttgart and Tübingen, Germany.
In 1991 she moved to the US where she started her career at a larger
Discount Store chain.
In 1995 she received her Real Estate Sales Persons license and was a
Real Estate Sales Agent for Central Indiana.
After passing the Brokers License Exam and working as an Associated Broker
she founded Bettina Settles Realty LLC in 2003.

Greenwood IN Chamber of Commerce, where she is one of the Chamber Diplomats.
Mayor Charles Henderson selected Bettina to serve as a Member of the Greenwood Advisory Plan Commission for the City of Greenwood IN
For the City of Greenwood she also will be part of the Land-use committee and on the Urban Design Committee
The Indianapolis Board of REALTORS® , where she was for 3 consecutive Years as one of the Grievance committee members.
The Indianapolis Board of REALTORS® ,she will serve on the Professional Standards Committee.
Student of the 2006-2007 Class for the Real Estate Leadership Academy.
The Independent Broker Association of Indiana, where she is participating in the By-law committee.
Se was on the Board of the oldest Indiana Women's Networking organization, The Network of Women in Business Where she held the Special Interest group Chair for 2004 and 2005
She was on the "Networking for Success" committee hosted by NOWIB, Coburn Place and Dress for Success.
She works as a Loss Mitigation Specialist in Marion County and surrounding areas.
Bettina was selected to become one of the Loss Mitigation Area Managers and Recruiter for one of the Largest Loss Mitigation Company in the US
Volunteers at the Julian Center as a Fundraiser and public speaker
Bettina also holds on a monthly bases Investment and Home buyer seminars.
Occasionally you will find her also Wednesday evenings at different Indianapolis locations conversing in German again in one of the local German clubs that are in Indianapolis IN.
With her candid honesty she will guide you through the Home buying process. You will find an honest partner in her when you are in the need of rebuilding your credit. She is working with the right mixture of Mortgage Brokers who are adhering to the code of ethics.
